Title: Souji
Fandom: Peacemaker Kurogane
Pairing: Hijikata/Souji
Rating: G
Prompt: This must be what going mad feels like
A/N: This
was based on a prompt from Danly on LiveJournal. I couldn’t resist
playing with the word ‘souji’, which - according to various pages on Google -
can mean ‘cleaning’ in Japanese.
Hijikata detested ritual dojo cleaning. He’d mastered the art of slipping out
unnoticed while Yamanami organised the Shinsengumi, but this time his
red-headed idiot Page had spilled Mala beads over the dojo floor, sending almost
everyone painfully to their arses.
Only two people had escaped the shambles. They were now left cleaning up the
mess.
“Hijikata-san and Souji,” Souji sang beside him, enthusiastically gathering
beads in his pale fists, wriggling his hips in time to his tune, “souji the
dojo!”
“This must be what going mad feels like,” Hijikata muttered, as Souji pushed a
bead into his sandal and laughed.
Title: Preparation
Fandom: Peacemaker Kurogane
Pairing: Hijikata/Souji
Rating: PG
Prompt: Rice
A/N: Written for Liriaen.
"What," Hijikata grumbles as he unties his obi, "is that on my futon?"
Souji looks up from where he's tickling Saizou's barrelled belly, his face breaking into a beaming smile. "Oh! I was decorating the dojo for the festival."
"So why is there coloured rice all over my futon?" Hijikata frowns at him, even though he knows it won't temper Souji's grin. "My futon is, as you know, not the dojo."
"No," Souji says as he rises, approaching and sliding his pale hands up Hijikata's chest. His smile turns mischievous. "But we do like to spar on it fairly often."
Title: Straight Faced
Fandom: Wild Adapter
Pairing: Kubota/Tokito
Rating: PG
Prompt: Poker
A/N: Written for lovely Glass Icarus on LJ, as part of my Drabble Pot.
“Just don’t give away your hand.” Kubota hands Tokito a pile of cards. “No matter what your opponent does.”
“So I’ve just gotta be serious, right?” Tokito frowns deeply.
“Yes, but not so you look constipated.” With the pad of his finger, Kubota smooths the line between Tokito’s eyebrows.
“Okay, try to faze me.” Tokito stares up at him with so much concentration it’s almost cute. “Bet you can’t.”
“All right,” says Kubota, leaning forward and kissing him flush on the mouth.
“Uwah! Kubo-chan, that’s totally unfair!”
“All’s fair in poker and war,” Kubota tells him, and leans down once more.
